Consultation Policies
Free Remote Estimates- Handyman Services
Remote estimates are free when you provide:
- Photos
- Videos
- A brief description of the project
This applies to straightforward tasks such as:
- Fixture replacements
- Small repairs
- Installations
- Touch up or cosmetic work
* No charge unless an on-site visit is required.
On-Site Consultation- Handyman Services
For projects that necessitate a physical inspection, measurements, or diagnosis, an on-site consultation fee applies.
Standard On-Site Consultation Fee
$60*
This includes:
- Up to 30 minutes on-site consultation
- Professional evaluation of the issue or project
- Troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Measurements
- Written estimate**
* Fee is credited toward the job if Patriot Home Solutions is hired.
** Written estimate will be sent once the $60 fee has been paid.
New Home Warranty Consultation
A new home warranty consultation provides a valuable opportunity to review your home with a knowledgeable professional before your warranty expires. Over time, minor issues can develop—or existing items missed by the builder during construction may come to light. Many of these concerns may qualify for warranty repair but can be easy to overlook without guidance. The consultation is practical way to protect your investment and avoid unnecessary future expenses.
Consultation Fee

This includes:
- Up to two hours on-site consultation
- A collaborative review of your home related to workmanship or installation issues
- Clarifying what’s normal vs. what needs attention
- Explaining why certain issues matter
- Guidance on how to present concerns to your builder
- Simple recommendations for preventive care
- Prioritizing what to request before your warranty ends
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
We’re happy to accommodate cancellations or rescheduling whenever we can. Some changes may require a fee, but exceptions may be made depending on the situation.
