Minimum Job Pricing

Small Drywall Patch

For wall holes under 6 inches. $75 for 1-3 additional holes. Quotes required for more than 4 drywall holes.
Paint Small Drywall Patch

$50 for up to 4 small drywall repairs. Additional $25 charge if multiple paint colors required. The painting will be done on the patch and within the immediate area only. Paint not provided.

Builder Warranty Consultations

Our Builder Warranty Consultation service is designed to help homeowners understand and document potential warranty issues. We perform a walkthrough to identify visible defects or unfinished work. This service is not a licensed home inspection, but it gives you a practical list of items to submit to your builder before your warranty period ends. Consultation lasts for up to two hours.

Additional Charges
Weekend and Holiday Rate

A minimum of 2 hours of service is required, and please note that the price does not include the emergency or same day visit charge, if applicable.

25% Mark Up
Material costs can be included in any quote. The 25% markup covers sourcing, pickup, and delivery.
Haul Away Fee
Starting at $25
Covers the cost of removing and properly disposing of old materials, debris, or unwanted items from the job site.
Out of County Trip Charge
$25
Trip charge applies to any service outside of Hamilton County, Indiana.
