Our New Home Warranty Consultation service is designed to help homeowners understand and document potential builder warranty concerns. We work collaboratively with homeowners to identify visible defects, installation issues, or unfinished work that may fall under the builder’s warranty. While this service is not a licensed home inspection, it provides a clear, practical list of items to submit to your builder before the builder warranty period expires. 

A non-invasive infrared scan used during your warranty consultation when an issue is suspected. It is especially helpful if you notice comfort problems or hot and cold spots throughout the home. The scan helps identify hidden issues before they become costly repairs before your builder warranty expires.

Want peace of mind after the builder’s repair? We’ll revisit the spots we checked earlier to confirm if the builder’s repairs have improved or resolved the temperature anomalies

Estimate fee will be credited toward your final total if hired

Emergency/Same Day visit fee is NOT credited toward the final total. 

Please note that the price does not include the emergency or same day visit charge, if applicable. 

Material costs can be included in any quote. The 25% markup covers sourcing, pickup, and delivery. 

Covers the cost of removing and properly disposing of old materials, debris, or unwanted items from the job site.

Trip charge applies to any service outside of Hamilton County, Indiana.
